Robot feeding
Reemoon robot depalletizing adopts a fully automated processing system, and the robot arm automatically, quickly, continuously and flexibly pours fruit.
180° Degree Crate Tipper
The box turning machine rotates 180° to separate the plum from the fruit basket. The dates enters the conveyor belt for feeding, and the empty basket enters the plastic frame conveyor belt to the packaging opening, which improves the utilization rate of fruit baskets and improves work efficiency.
Automatic depalletizing
Plums are conveyed by roller elevator.
Single Fruit Aligning
Plums are aligned respectively on roller cups to avoid damage and bruise.
Color Sorting
The color of plums was detected by 3D stereoscopic vision system, and the external visual evaluation model of plums is established by deep learning.
Internal Quality Sorting
Using self-developed NIR full transmission detection sensor and signal processing technology, it can detect the brix and acidity of plums to ensure the consistency of the taste of each box.
Different grading standards can be set according to customer needs, and non-standard outlet can be set, and then manually packing.
